World Cup 2015 One Day Cricket fiesta in 2015 announced

The ICC on Tuesday announced the dates for the Cricket World cup to be held in 2015. The hosting nations would be Australia and New Zealand. The 14 teams were grouped into two pools namely pool A and pool B. They will fight each other in the group stages from where 4 teams from each pool will go on to the knock out stage and from where we’ll have our semi-finalists. The semi-final battles will ensure the top two teams, who must once again battle in front of a full house at the MCG in Melbourne Victoria.

Facebook Is Changing How Your News Feed Works

Facebook is expected to announce changes to its News Feed today, which could enable users to gain a better understanding of how to relegate updates from boring and distant acquaintances.
In an invitation to American reporters for the event in California today, Facebook said that it will be "talking about News Feed, and taking a deeper look at the ranking algorithms that determine which stories appear at the top of your feed. We’ll be discussing a specific update to organic ranking that’s coming up.”

Acoording to DNA and PTI, Google’s Android platform, on which many smartphones are built and sold in India, reportedly hosts many adult applications that are considered unsuitable for viewing by children. Amid rising instances of adult content freely available on applications supported by Android phones, Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal sought suggestions from the media to deal with the issue.

Windows Phone Store is now home to 145,000 apps

While announcing the newest Lumia 928 for Verizon, Nokia also mentioned within its blog that Windows Phone store now has 145,000 apps. The app count is not a vast growth from the 120,000 figure from October last year, when Windows Phone 8 was first launched.

It looks like the ecosystem seems to be hitting a rocky patch, with not too many apps being submitted after the initial rush that saw the Windows Phone Store doubling in size as far as submissions went in the first half of the year.
